Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference. 


Committee Member Horstman was absent during roll call.

Committee Member Horstman joined the meeting. 

Assistant Planner Gropen presented the staff report and responded to Committee Member questions regarding the similarity of the color of the building's stucco and fascia and about the use of the rear patio outside of the proposed bedroom. 

Matt Cebulla, representative, spoke in support of the project and answered questions about color matching and the applicant's intention to keep the ribbon driveway. 

Chair Martin opened the public comment period. Hearing none, Chair Martin closed the public comment period.

    It is recommended the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) review the proposed project and make a recommendation to the Community Development Director.

Committee Member Huston asked that the City look for training opportunities for ARC member training. 

Chair Martin allowed public comment. 

Alfred Köning made comments unrelated to projects on this meeting's agenda and outside of the ARC's purview.
