Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference.

CALL TO ORDER

 

Vice Chair Berlin called the meeting to order at 2:32 pm.

Vice Chair Berlin performed the roll call. Chair Hoag and Committee Member Hall were absent.

Vice Chair Berlin led the flag salute.

Associate Planner Holub presented the staff report and responded to Commissioner questions regarding the location of the sign, wayfinding and the requirements of the sign program.

COMMITTEE COMMUNICATIONS

 

Due to both regular meeting dates in January occurring on observed holidays, the Committee provided their availability for a special meeting on January 23rd, 2023 if necessary. All members in attendance indicated that they would be available if a meeting were scheduled.

Associate Planner Holub thanked each of the Committee members for their work during the current appointment term.
