SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference.

CALL TO ORDER

 

Mayor Ray Russom called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.

ROLL CALL

 

City Clerk Matson took roll call.

FLAG SALUTE

 

Mayor Ray Russom led the flag salute.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS

 

Mayor Ray Russom asked if any members of the public would like to comment on Closed Session items. There were none.

CLOSED SESSION

 

Legal Counsel, Ryan Guiboa, announced the City Council will recess to a closed session for the following:

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1):

Title: City Manager

The City Council adjourned Closed Session at 7:38 p.m.

Legal Counsel Guiboa announced that there was no reportable action.
