Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo County, and in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconference.

CALL TO ORDER
  

Mayor Ray Russom called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

City Clerk Matson took roll call.

FLAG SALUTE
  

Mayor Ray Russom led the flag salute.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
  

Mayor Ray Russom invited public comment on Closed Session items. No public comments were received.

CLOSED SESSION
  

The City Council will recess to a closed session for the following:


a) PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54957:


Title: City Manager

The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:02 p.m.

The City Attorney will report out any actions taken during Closed Session at the next regular City Council meeting.

There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Ray Russom adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m
